I just wanted to write you a note to say how pleased the Ensemble was with the food and level of service at dinner yesterday. I got numerous compliments on the catering, including one crew member who said it was the best meal he'd ever had while on the road! Thank you again for your flexibility and please extend my compliments to Sergio and his crew. I look forward to enjoying a similar menu this Friday night!
